All prices for UAE customers are displayed in AED.

Urban MENA may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as stock issues, incorrect delivery details, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled, applicable refunds will be processed promptly.
5. Shipping & Delivery (UAE)
We ship across the UAE using trusted courier services.
Standard delivery timeframe: 1 - 4 business days, depending on your city.
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors are beyond our control, but we will always support you in resolving any issue.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (7-Day UAE Policy)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return process will be initiated after we receive your email and contact you with the return address. Once you receive the address, you may send the package back accordingly.
